It’s that time of the year where we can all support our causes. Outdoor events such as marathons, 5ks, and walking events are popular during the autumn season. As these races are organized, it’s important to think and plan carefully. Consideration should be made for participants, supporters, and onlookers alike. One way to make the races more bearable and enjoyable is having portable restroom rentals for everyone to use.
Comfortable and Convenient
You must remember that supporters are sitting in the audience for quite some time. They need to relieve themselves in order to stay comfortable. You should have enough portable restroom rentals on site, so there are not excessive long lines to wait through and miss the runner they are supporting.
Also, consider that the average person may need to use the portable restroom 2 through 3 times at an event. There will also be people leaving and others coming in, which makes for odd timing. Newly arriving people will need the restroom eventually as well.
Don’s Johns also has restroom trailers available to accommodate up to 10 people at a time. Our trailers are stocked with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels in a climate-controlled area. If you have a very large 5k or marathon, it may be wise to get a trailer so that attendants are not late to the start. Comfortable restroom facilities will make runners and walkers want to come back the following year and recommend the event to others. Have the right amount of portable restroom rentals or restroom trailer rentals is actually a bigger deal than you realize.
Many Restroom Trailers Available
Because, you must consider the most important aspect of the event – the participants in the race. They need to have an acceptable porta potty experience. They’ll expect to run cool water across their faces and it could do them good if they feel ill to stop into our restrooms equipped with air. These events do tend to vary, like with wheelchair participants. Having a Luxury Restroom Trailer that meets ADA requirements is essential, so they can get in and out of the restroom trailer with ease.
Don’s Johns are here to help your next race be coordinated well. We’ll review with you how many restroom trailers will be appropriate for your expected participant and supporter count.
