Don's Johns is proud to serve the entire Washington, DC, metropolitan region. We have routes as far North as Baltimore, MD, as far West as Winchester, VA, and as far South as Rt. 3 / Culpeper, VA.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/Discover/Amex), checks, cash, electronic wire transfers, and Paypal via our website.
What are your hours of operation?
Our telephone call center is staffed Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. - 5.:00 p.m., and on Fridays from 7:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m. Account managers are available after-hours for critical or emergency situations. Additionally, all email inquiries will be responded to same-day.
Our service drivers work every day, excluding major holidays, and are able to work with your hours, to accommodate (for example) secured or locked sites. In the event of an inclimate weather situation forcing our trucks off the road, you will be contacted by your account manager to schedule service for the next available day.
What is your holiday schedule?
Don’s Johns will be closed on the following days in observance of the listed holidays:

Monday, July 4, 2013 Independence Day)
Monday, September 5, 2013 (Labor Day)
Thursday, November 24, 2013 (Thanksgiving)
Friday, November 25, 2013 (day after Thanksgiving)

Monday, January 2nd, 2013 (New Years Day observed)
Services normally scheduled on these dates will be performed on the next scheduled non-holiday service day.
When will my unit be delivered?
For orders placed before 1pm, your unit will be delivered next-business-day.
When will my unit be picked up?
Within two business days after your call is received. The billing stops the day you call in. Also, you can schedule in advance.
Can you deliver/pick up on weekends?
Absolutely. Please check with your account manager for fees associated.
On a level surface, no further than 20' from a hard surface (so that our service trucks can access).
Do I have to have a permit for my event?
Typically, only if in a public park or area. You should check with the county the event will be in to ensure you are in compliance.
Can I have my restroom(s) customized/decorated for my event?
Yes. We offer pre-printed wrap panels in a variety of attractive styles. See our restroom advertising section for additional information or give our event team a call.
Can you put a restroom indoors?
We offer restroom products for all situations. We provided units for the 2009 Inauguration inside of a hotel. Check with your account manager for specific solutions to meet your needs.
Can you pump my septic system?
Yes, as long as the lid is exposed and no digging is involved. Click here for more information.
Do you service RV's, boats or trailers?
Absolutely. Please call us to schedule a time to bring your boat or RV by our location, or we can schedule during the week with one of our service routes. Click here for more information.
