Customer Service Representative

Duties
Customer Service Representatives will assist with incoming calls from customers needing help selecting an appropriate product
and service level. A CSR's primary responsibility will be to ensure that each customer has a positive experience.

A typical Customer Service Representative career path may start as a CSR, then move to Inside Sales, then Account Manager.
From there individuals move into management including either in Sales, Customer Service Management
or Operations/Dispatching.

Requirements
  • Strong telephone voice and "people skills"
  • Accurate listening skills to recognize buying signals and needs.
  • Basic computer proficiency including the Internet with strong typing skills >60 wpm.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Self-starter with an ability to work in a team environment.
  • Eager to learn new skills and adapt well to change.
  • Prompt and dependable work habits with a positive attitude
  • Interest in a long-term company commitment and career growth.




    Sales / Marketing Department

    Don's Johns, Inc., has positions as both Inside and Outside Sales Representatives in three markets: construction, special events,
    and seasonal (parks, athletics, vineyards, etc.). Knowledge of one or more of these markets is preferred.

    Requirements
  • Preferably demonstrated successful sales experience or strong customer service background.
